ARC WELDING

Modweld Inverters have a very smooth, stable DC arc, that make them ideal for welding very thin materials. A strong Open Circuit Voltage, combined with high electrical efficiency, enables the operator to weld very thick materials, as well as all types of Special Electrodes. The adjustable ARC FORCE control provides additional welding power, that is automatically released, for a short period, in the event of a "dead short" of the arc occurring.

TIG WELDING

The Modweld Tig Package can be fitted to all models above the 160i. An automatic high frequency start, with a pre-set gas solenoid control system, provide for ease of operation. A low voltage trigger mechanism controls the machine, ensuring that the tungsten is not live, when welding is not taking place. Foot control options are available, as are 2T and 4T trigger systems.

MIG WELDING

The Modweld Inverter's ability to make allowances for input voltage fluctuations means that the output voltage is always held constant. This also means that the mig wire feeder motor will run at a constant speed, providing ideal conditions of mig welding. This is particularly significant when automating the mig welding process.

Solar Cells
